We will discuss the most probable sale price; your net after closing costs (dollar amount of what to expect to walk away with); marketing times (average days until contract); Sale to List-Price ratios (how much off the list price houses are selling for); how to spruce up the house to induce a faster sale; how the showings will be scheduled; and our marketing plan.
CLOSING THE SALE: We’re there all the way to the closing table. We handle the title work, make sure the buyer is qualified and obtains a loan commitment within The allowed time periods. Prior to closing we explain the HUD Settlement or Settlement Disclosure, and verify that all figures are accurate.
