Located 30 minutes north of Tampa, lies the little town of Wesley Chapel. Founded in the 1840s the little area was originally named Double Branch after the two rivers that flowed through the area. It wasn’t until the late 1880s the name was switched to Wesley Chapel. Today the community is known for its friendly neighbors and luxury community.
The Tampa suburb is considered a modern and urbanized community well known for its amenities. Enjoy high-class restaurants, shops, and entertainment, while taking in the community’s most popular activities such as hot air ballooning and The Florida Exotic Bird Sanctuary. If you prefer a more relaxing day out stop by The Lexington Oaks Golf Club or the Spa at Saddlebrook Resort.
As a central location, Wesley Chapel residents have access to many world-class entertainment venues such as The St. Pete Times, Busch Gardens, Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World.
Wesley Chapel has easy access to I-275, I-75, Bruce B Downs Blvd, US 41 and US 301 for efficient travel to Downtown Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and Orlando.
