Lofts: Contemporary lofts are located in Downtown St. Petersburg, Downtown Tampa, Hyde Park, Channelside and Soho in South Tampa.

Condominiums: Tampa Bay is known for their abundance of condominiums, and are available in all local markets areas. Condominiums can be a 2nd home hideaway, or a masterpiece overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. They come in all shapes and sizes. Some are age restricted to those over 55+ years of age. Gulf front condominiums or Bayshore Condominiums provide the waterfront quality of life that millions of Americans only dream about.

We now have capabilities to finance all condominiums… even those that are not on the “approved” lists.

HISTORICAL DISTRICTS: Although Tampa Bay is a relatively new market area, primarily developed in the 1920’s, there are many historical communities to choose from. These include: Old Northeast in St. Petersburg, Hyde Park in South Tampa, YBOR City, Seminole Heights, Tampa Heights, Dunedin, Plant City, Tarpon Springs, & Gulfport.

NATURIST COMMUNITIES: Land O’ Lakes has the largest population of nudists, clothing optional, or naturists in the country. These include Caliente Resort & Spa, Paradise Lake Estates, & Lake Como Resort. Not only are these resorts, but they also have condominiums and single family homes.
